The Traditional owners and custodians of the land and waters, that is acknowledged in all meeting minutes of all local councils/shires and their websites.

To any/or the following:
Federal Government
Local Government of WA,
West Australian Government,
Local Council/Shires or any other state government departments,
on the land known as “Western Australia”,
or any other entities known as “Commonwealth of Australia”, “Australia”.

Thankyou in advance for assisting with my request. I also ask if you may waive the fee payable due to this FOI request being in the benefit and interests of all “rate payers” of “Western Australia”.

Good morning Lee,

I refer to your request for documents under the Freedom of Information Act
1982 (Cth) (‘FoI Act’) for any documents that pertain to a bill of sale or
deed of assignment relating to the transfer of ownership and/or lawful
claim of title regarding the land known as Terra Australis.

The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation does not have any documents within
the scope of your request.

If you are dissatisfied with this decision, you have certain rights of
review available to you. 

Firstly, under section 54 of the FOI Act, you may apply for an internal
review of the decision.  Your application must be made within 30 days of
this email.

An internal review will be conducted by a different officer from the
original decision-maker.  No particular form is required to apply for
review although it will assist your case to set out in the application the
grounds on which you believe that the original decision should be
overturned.  An application for a review of the decision should be
addressed to:

If you choose to seek an internal review, you will subsequently have a
right to apply to the Australian Information Commissioner for a review of

you receiving this notice.

The Australian Information Commissioner is an independent office holder
who may review decisions of agencies and Ministers under the FOI Act.
