Dear Legislative and Governance Forum on Food Regulation,

I am seeking information regarding the use of hemp protein to manufacture vegan friendly food. It has been well documented that hemp protein supplies a high amount of all essential amino acids and therefore is a nutritious supplement to the vegan/vegetarian diet.

I wish to go into the food manufacturing business and would like to use this type of protein as my innovative difference in the market place - to take on companies such as sanitarium.

I look forward to your immediate response.

Yours faithfully,

Frances
