Good afternoon,

Attn Hania Geras

I write in response to your request for information regarding this site
and apologise for the delay in getting back to you.

The most recent patronage information which I have been able to locate
dates from 2012 (for the gym) and 2002 (Place of Public Entertainment).
Ashfield Council issued an approval in 2005 however I can see no patronage
information in that document.

I enclose a link to copies of all three approvals, which will be available
for downloading for 60 days.

Please note that these approval documents all contain information showing
the length of time for which each approval is valid. If you have not
already done so, you may wish to consider contacting Council’s duty town
planning officer to discuss the validity of these approvals in more
detail.

“Click on the link to access the generated batch document.

Please note, the document generation may still be in progress.

This link will expire on 2 August 2020, 12:31 PM”

Regards, Ian
