Dear Hobsons Bay City Council,

Can you please provide:
- A copy of the HBCC risk/hazard register, and similar documents that show a list of:
-- Dates in which hazards are raised with council
-- Dates in which hazards are resolved
-- Information which shows which hazards are 'risk accepted' and/or noted for 'future' resolution.
-- Process for capturing, tracking and resolving safety hazards in the HBCC remit, including SLAs.

Please include specific inclusions to road safety hazards raised by the community.
