Dear SA Department for Education and Child Development,
I am requesting any information that may be held about school admission of my child Marcus James Fornaro or Marcus James Rodgers - his mother goes by either name and he may have been enrolled under either. I believe he is currently being home schooled but he would have to be enrolled at a school before exemption for home schooling could be applied for.
