Hi Gurwinder,
The Victorian Ombudsman is subject to Victorian FOI legislation, which requires you to pay an application fee. Accordingly, your request through this site in October was not valid.
You can find more information on how to make an FOI request to the Ombudsman at https://www.ombudsman.vic.gov.au/About/O... which includes an online form.
