In regards to the review of the Higher Education Participation Program

P. Gale made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Education

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

To: The FOI Contact Officer
Department of Education

Dear FOI Contact Officer,

We read Tuesday in Campus Morning Mail (http://campusmorningmail.com.au/unsw-and...) of "a very discrete review by consultants ACIL Allen" of the Higher Education Participation Program. We're behind the eight-ball; apparently the review was already underway by August 31st (http://campusmorningmail.com.au/calls-tr...), surprising when our extensive web search threw up no history of DoE collecting any systematic data on the program.

We request access under administrative arrangements, if possible, to a copy of the terms of reference for the review. Also under administrative arrangements may we have a copy of the parts of the contract with ACIL Allens that shows what they must give to DoE and when (N.B., that information only). If it is not possible to give access under administrative arrangements please tell us but please don't treat this request as an FOI request at this stage.

Thank you.

Dear FOI Contact Officer,

May we safely assume, in the absence of a formal 14-day FOI acknowlegment, that you will be able to answer our request promptly under administrative arrangments? We would receive your update with gratitude.

Thank you.
