As discussed, at the time of your request (6 September 2013) the department was not in possession of a final document.
The department is now in possession of the final brief (blue book). Could you please confirm whether you wish to withdraw your FOI request of 6 September 2013 and re-submit a new request for the final brief. If you agree, we will take the start date of your request for the final brief (blue book) from 19 September 2013.
In relation to the red book, the department is not in possession of a final document. As such, could you please confirm your withdrawal of this part of your request.
