This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me:

• A listing of all companies that Edith Cowan University had investments in as at the end of 2017

• The names of the companies that Edith Cowan University had invested in as at the end of 2017 that are in the top 100 arms companies in the world as listed by the Stockholm Institute of Peace Research 2016 (see below)

2.    Identify or describe the documents you want. You must give enough
information to enable the agency to identify the requested documents. 

3.    Give an address in Australia where notices can be sent. If possible,
include your contact details such as telephone number/email address/fax
number.

4.    Pay the application fee of $30 if you are seeking information that
is not just about you – no application fee is payable for access to
personal information that is just about you.

 

As your request is not for personal information that is just about you, an
Application Fee of $30 is payable as prescribed in Schedule 1 of the
[2]Freedom of Information Regulations 1993 (WA).  Information regarding

To enable us to undertake searches for relevant documents once your
application is valid, it would be appreciated if you could clarify the
following:

·         Are you looking for documents relating to Edith Cowan University
or Murdoch University?

·         That the timeframe requested is “as at 31 December 2017”?

 

If you do not respond by close of business on Thursday 21 June 2018 it
will be assumed that you do not wish to proceed with your request and no
further action will be taken by the University.
