Information pertaining to Coles Carpark

Beth Sometimes made this Freedom of Information request to Alice Springs Town Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Alice Springs Town Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Alice Springs Town Council,

I'm writing to request information pertaining to the Coles Carpark in Alice Springs.

Firstly i'm intrigued about if the council has any jurisdiction over maintenance/design/implication of public space laws etc in the carpark?

Under the Act, i'd like to request all documents concerning the removal of the garden beds in the Coles Carpark circa 7 years ago.

Additionally i'd like to request documents relating to the installation of two large rocks near the chemist.

If possible, please treat this as an informal/administrative request. If that is not possible, please treat this as a formal information request under the Act.

Yours faithfully, Beth Sometimes
