Investigation report into bullying, harassment and breaches of the Code of Conduct in Airservices Australia

Samantha Blanchard made this Freedom of Information request to Airservices Australia

The request was partially successful.

From: Samantha Blanchard

Delivered

Dear Airservices Australia FOI,

I am requesting a copy of the final investigation report conducted by external investigator, Andrew Hedges relating to Airservices Australia where a complaint was made by myself, an employee of ASA, about Airservices Management re: bullying, harassment, and breaches of the code of conduct. This report was completed in October 2018.

I have tried all internal ASA avenues to obtain the above document but have not been successful in obtaining the documents.

Could you please advise if there is a cost relating to this application as it is about me and my employment with ASA so respectfully submit that any cost should be waived?

Kind Regards
Samantha Blanchard
