Land management plan for Allans Creek Reserve Unanderra 2526

Richard Churchward made this Government Information (Public Access) request to NSW Land and Housing Corporation

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, NSW Land and Housing Corporation should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Richard Churchward

Dear NSW Land and Housing Corporation,

I am required to supply to the Rural Fire Service (in order that they may assess the bushfire risk of my block) written information about how the owners of a reserve in Unanderra 2526 (Land and Housing Corp) will be managed re: maintaining an asset protection zone (APZ) between the vegetation and existing houses. The area of concern is the south east corner of Allans Creek Reserve Unanderra.
Information about plans to maintain this recently created APZ will probably be in the form of a management plan for this reserve. I have made many efforts to get this information but have so far had absolutely NO response from the responsible officers of L and H.
Many thanks for your help in having this information made available.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Churchward and Blandine Churchward
