Dear VicTrack,

I paid my deposit for lot 306 Cecil Road Tarneit Emerald Park Estate in May 2016. It’s been almost 22 months now and the Lot is still not titled. My developer advised me that the delay is because of Victrack as they are waiting for external approval from Victrack to sort out the sewer.

Please advise why Victrack is taking such a long time to send approvals to the developer.
