Delivered

Dear Department of Immigration and Border Protection,

I am writing to you today under the Freedom of Information Act seeking a current membership list of the "Citizenship Loss Board" as referenced by the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection on Friday April 8 2016.

A press conference transcript outlining the "Citizenship Loss Board" can be found here: http://www.minister.border.gov.au/peterd...

As no information can be located on Government websites regarding the membership of this Board and considering the power of the Board to strip Citizenship from Australian Citizens, I ask that you consider the public interest in processing this FOI request in a timely and prompt manner.

Yours faithfully,

Request for an extension of time
Please be aware that the Department has seen a significant increase in the number of FOI requests received.
