I have been advised by the relevant business area that the document you have sought access to under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) no longer exists as the notes were not retained after the hearing. Can I ask, Ben, why you instructed the Department to continue processing your FOI request even though Beth had advised the document had been destroyed?
Do you believe the document had not, in fact, been destroyed?
