The request was successful.

Dear NSW Police Force,

An inquiry about obtaining a copy of an incident report, with the Officer at the Station saying there was no way, and only the Incident Number was available.

1. Please clarify, I believe a copy can be had either through a GIPA or Form P862 can be used to obtain an Incident Report, is this correct? b) What is the difference apart from $30 for the former and $87 for the later?

2. Please also clarify what form / procedure is required to ensure accuracy of personal information on Police file eg. address?

3. If there is an error in the Police Incident Report, is there a procedure to amend that detail? b) What detail can be amended?

Yours faithfully,

Mr Muter
