Dear Australian Federal Police,

I hereby request, under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth),
documents in relation to:

1) The number of incidents attended by Victoria Police Officer(s) where the occupants of a premises (not a business premises) were "asked to leave" during the period 11 November 2013 to 15 November 2013. [1]

2) The reasons applicable for the figures listed in (1). e.g. non-payment of rent, trespass, or some other reason. [2]

3) for all incidents due to non-payment of rent -
a) who is the complainant. e.g. landlord
b) what documentary evidence was required from (3a) to attend a premises.

4) For 3(b), where there were no documentary evidence, was there any attempt to establish evidence from the occupant(s) of the premises.

3) Breakdown of the figures by police station area. e.g. Prahran.

4) From the figures listed in (1), how many incidents resulted in arrests of one or more occupants of the premises.

5) Please give the offence(s) that resulted in arrests for (4)

6) The number of arrests that resulted in

a) a written warning
b) charges bought

Please send (post on this site) the document(s) in microsoft word 97/2000 format (.doc format) or PDF format if this does not interfere with your work or become resource intensive.

Note that the The Right to Know email address is valid for the
purposes of s.15(2)(c) of the FOI Act.

I also make an application that all costs for the processing of
this request be waived on the grounds that it will spur public
awareness and debate in relation to what is under discussion.
