While the department can confirm that Orara High School was apportioned a funding allocation of Commonwealth Recurrent Funding, this funding allocation was apportioned by the New South Wales State Government. The department does not have records of how the Orara High School distributes money in terms of the Support Unit and therefore does not hold the documents you request.
