I refer to your email dated 1 September 2017 (below), requesting access
under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth)(FOI Act) to:

…any complaints received by the department from PaTH interns about their
experiences and/or treatment during completion of a PaTH internship.

You request will be processed in accordance with the FOI Act. The
Department will advise you as soon as practicable if a charge is
applicable in relation to your request.

Please note that information released under the FOI Act may be published
in a disclosure log on the Department’s website. Section 11C of the FOI
Act requires this publication, however it is subject to certain
exceptions, including where publication of personal, business,
professional or commercial information would be unreasonable.
