Thank you for your email. In answer to your question, there is a building approval (dated 9 October 2019) for a secondary dwelling and garage at the rear of the site - development application number A005213740.
To obtain further information about this approval and the site in general, you will need to lodge an access application under the Right to information Act 2009, which has a $50.80 application fee.
