I request copies of the following:
- Privacy impact assessment on the internal use of Twitter data.
- Privacy impact assessment on the internal use of Facebook data.
- Privacy impact assessment on the internal use of LinkedIn data.

Please find below a final response from the DTA in relation to your request.

I refer to your request for access to documents.

Your request was received by the agency on 24 January 2017. The 30 day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. As today is the 22 February I am satisfied that this request has been answered earlier than is required under the relevant period.

I am also satisfied that the DTA will not be charging for the processing of the information provided in this correspondence, this may change however if further correspondence is required.

Decision:

In relation to your request I am satisfied that all reasonable steps have been taken to locate the below documents:

- Privacy impact assessment on the internal use of Twitter data.
- Privacy impact assessment on the internal use of Facebook data.
- Privacy impact assessment on the internal use of LinkedIn data.

No such documents have been found because the documents do not exist.

I therefore have decided to refuse this part of your request for access pursuant to section 24A subsection (1) part (b) line (ii) of the FOI Act.
