Private use of social media advice provided to employees
Dear Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Regulator,
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I request documents related to the ten most recent instances where an employee has sought information, advice, guidance, or opinion on their social media use in a private capacity.
I limit the scope of documents to:
- the original request from the employee
- the agency/department's response
- any follow-up questions and response
- only those sent to a relevant HR / conduct / social media (or similar) team (rather than managers across all areas of the organisation)
- where the original request was created in the last 2 years

The Department does not have functional responsibility for the WELS
Regulator. That function was transferred to the Department of Agriculture
and Water Resources in September 2015. Accordingly, relevant documents
would now be held by that Department, contactable at

While we are happy to proceed to make a decision in relation to your
request, it is most likely that the Department holds no relevant
documents. You may therefore wish to withdraw the request and re-make it
to the responsible agency.
Could you please advise us by 22 August 2017 how you would like to
