Thank you for your information application received requesting documents
which contain Council’s financial records of money spent up keeping public
parks in the Cooks Cove Area.

 

The information below was provided to me in response to your request:

 

The land occupied by Kogarah Golf Club (since the 1960’s) to the north of
the M5 divested maintenance via a licence agreement. The land is, in the
main, currently occupied by the RMS for WestConnex.

 

The costs for the upkeep for the south of the M5 is captured in the
operation budgets of the Parks and (depot) Properties team and the
information represents the estimated proportion of those budgets spent on
the Cooks Cove area.
