Dear Queensland Treasury,

Please investigate and supply all evidence and reasoning behind the registration of the Queensland Treasury Corporation listed as a foreign company/corporation.
When did the people of the State of Queensland approve to financial management of our shared wealth to a foreign company/corporation. I have attached a link for your reference,this is through the United States Security and Exchange Commission website.
As officers serving the public of the State of Queensland we the people of this land need full accountability.

Your request is unfortunately not valid under the Queensland Right to Information Act. Queensland wants money! Section 24(2)(a) of the Act says that "an application must be in the approved form and be accompanied by the application fee". No fee, no valid application. But there is more. Section 24(2)(b) says that the request must give sufficient information concerning the [requested] document to enable a responsible officer of the agency or the Minister to identify the document." The Act does not authorise or require agencies to "investigate" anything. Also, it does not require the agency to answer questions of a general kind, but to supply particular documents that the applicant must identify.
