Dear Dr Buckley

I refer to my earlier email and letter to you, dated 28 October 2021. In
that letter, I explained that in certain circumstances, the FOI Act
requires consultation with third parties where the relevant  information
was received from an Australian or foreign government or agencies. I am
writing to advise that documents within the scope of your request contain
information that Ahpra and the Pharmacy Board of Australia received from
third-party agencies. The FOI Act requires me to consult with these third
parties regarding their thoughts as to the potential release of that
information.

In accordance with the requirements of the FOI Act, I am writing to advise
that the timeframe for a decision in respect of your application has been
extended by 30 days to allow for this consultation. As such, the new date
for the decision is Tuesday, 14 December 2021.

In consulting with these third-parties, I would ordinarily propose to
advise them of the identity of the applicant. This is so that as an
affected party, they can make informed decisions regarding their
information and its potential release to you.

Please let me know as soon as possible, but before Friday, 19 November
2021 if you are amenable to being identified, or if you otherwise do not
wish for me to identify you in the course of consultation.
