Dear City West Water Corporation,

I am the owner of property at 9 cleveland drive in hopperscrossing 3029. A job by a city west water plumber was done on feb 13 2020 at this property to unblock a sewer blockage. I am requesting a copy of any written report and video or picture footage of this job done by the plumber to be kindly sent to me so i could forward to the city council. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your FOI application sent on Thursday 30 July 2020 at 5.53pm and received by City West Water on Friday 31 July 2020.

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) requires that an application fee of $29.60 is paid before the request becomes valid.
