This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear Department of Health,

In reference to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 I would like to request if I could please be provided documents/information held within the Department of Health regarding the number of positive Covid-19 cases recorded that are unvaccinated, partly vaccinated (1 or 2 jabs) or fully vaccinated (3 jabs). Also the same distribution for hospitalised patients and deaths as this information isn't provided with premier's/media's updates.

As this information is of extreme public interest at this time, I request any fee for finding this information to be waived. I assume this request is held for future reference as part of the request process. I look forward to your reply at your earliest convenience

Yours faithfully,

Kevin Reutens
