Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,

The following email was sent on 8 August 2018 at a time when Royal Commissioner Hayne was examining the conduct of superannuation trustees, which included NULIS Nominees (Australia) Ltd, by Sarah Henderson MP, who at the time was the Chair of the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Economics

to [email address], me

"Dear Mr Shipton

I wish to request that this matter be fully investigated.

Some years ago I asked ASIC to do so on Mr Sweeney’s behalf and it, in essence, declined.

While I don’t have a full understanding of the potential breaches of the law due to the fact that this case is extremely complex and involves a trust fund established many decades ago, Mr Sweeny has raised what I believe are a number of serious issues which require investigation.

I look forward to hearing from you

Kind regards, Sarah"

The response to the Chair of this important Parliamentary Committee should have complied with subsection 13(9) of the Public Service Act 1999

The response should also have complied with the undertaking ASIC gave to the Honourable Justice Kenny in VID 323/2011.

The document I seek is a copy of the letter and/or email that was sent to the Chair of the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Economics following the sending of the above email to James Shipton, the Chairman of ASIC

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney

Dear Mr Sweeney You sound like and honest intelligent man and I cannot imagine that you would have any reason to make this up, This is the same old crap that you will get when ever you try and make these criminal accountable, It is insulting for them to even imply that you are making it up they completely ignore evidence that is so obvious , they dismiss any allegations we make as though they are absurd, they get defensive then they get angry and then we are labelled as vexatious and it's all in our imagination , this is the same technique that was used to get them into the state of delusion that their minds are under when there try to infect our mind with the same illness, but I can see that it will not work on you,
so if I could come along and read this and it stood right away and these people who have all these fancy educations and are CEO's and chairs of huge corporations cannot see it that is because they are psychopaths who can justify anything, I sat and watched Mr Shipton for a few hours in the royal commission and he just talks around and around in circles and its obvious his lying and he will never ever admit when he is wrong, it's an illness called cultural Marxism
