Dear Australian Taxation Office,
I make this request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I request the following documents:
1. All documents connected with the decision to make changes to Smarter Data recruitment processes as notified to Smarter Data managers on 5 March 2020.
2. All documents connected with the decision to add the additional step of 1 on 1 conversations with Deputy Commissioner Marek Rucinski to the ongoing Executive level recruitment process within Smarter Data.
I note I have accessibility needs and kindly ask all correspondence and any released documents are published via Right To Know in plain text, where possible, not solely on the ATO FOI disclosure log.
