Dear Australian National Audit Office,

I seek access to the following documents under the Freedom
of Information Act 1982:

1. Current social media policy of the department, which covers
departmental use and/or private use by employees in an individual
capacity.

2. Any current guidance material which is available for employees to make informed decisions about their private social media use.

Yours faithfully,

ag1, Australian National Audit Office

Dear Mr Smith

The role of the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) is to provide the Parliament with an independent assessment of selected areas of public administration and assurance about public sector financial reporting, administration and accountability. We do this primarily by conducting financial statement audits, performance audits and assurance reviews of Commonwealth Government entities.

In recognition of the Auditor-General’s independent status, the Auditor-General is exempt from the application of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

Regards
