Supplier information for Sydney Trains seating upholstery

The request was refused by NSW Trains.

Dear NSW Trains,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

I am requesting a document which identifies who the vendor/supplier is for the upholstery fabric that is presently used on Sydney Trains rolling stock - A and B set trains specifically. If possible and applicable, this document should also include the product name of the relevant fabric design.
An example of a document that may be sufficient is an invoice from the supplier.

Thank you for your time.

Yours faithfully,
Daniel Wallace
