The number of NDIS participants who have had funds 'clawed back' by the NDIA

The request was partially successful.

Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,

I would like any information including emails, file notes, letters, documentation or other information which relates to the number of NDIS participants who have had funds 'clawed back' and debts generated against them retrospectively for funding later deemed by the NDIA's CRO Division to be fraudulent, not reasonable or necessary.

I further request any information, including legal advice, in relation to the potential garnisheeing of recoverable debts under Disability Support Pensions, Jobseeker funding or other Commonwealth funding and the legislative mechanism used to ensure this complies with all relevant legislation.

Yours faithfully,

J. Finch
