Dear Mr Timmins

I refer to your FOI request of 23 October 2012 for a copy of the latest
document that includes an assessment of the arguments for and against the
Australian Government applying for membership of the Open Government
Partnership.

We have had another look at your request and decided that it is unclear
whether you wanted a specific document assessing the arguments for and
against OGP membership or whether you wanted all relevant documents which
contain and/or assess the arguments for and against the Australian
Government joining the OGP.

Please could you clarify your request before we proceed.

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards
