Training data - Specialist colleges

John Smith made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Health

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department of Health should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Department of Health,

I request data showing the number of specialists who have completed their training at the medical specialist training colleges, for the 18/19 financial year and 19/20 financial year.

I also request data showing the admission statistics for new doctors entering those colleges, for the same financial years.

Please note: I am not looking for the number of new specialists entering the profession each of those years. I am specifically looking for the number of people trained by each college.

If the Department of Health does not collect the above data about the medical colleges, please advise.

Yours faithfully,

John Smith
