Dear FOI team,

If I were to withdraw Part B of my request, would that be sufficient?

FOI, Department of the Treasury

Dear Mr Molloy

We acknowledge you wish to withdraw part (b) of your original request and revise the request to seek access to part (a) only.

'Documents relating to negotiating positions regarding the e-commerce chapter of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement'

Revised searches have been undertaken and a large number of documents/pages have been identified as potentially falling within the scope of your revised request. Processing your revised request would still be a substantial and unreasonable diversion of departmental resources under section 24AA of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

If you wish to further discuss your request, please contact [Treasury request email] within the next 14 days. Alternatively, if you do not wish to discuss your request further, we will deem it withdrawn after 14 days (pursuant to section 24AB).

Kind regards

Dear FOI team,

Would amending Part A of the request to "Documents relating to the current negotiating position regarding the e-commerce chapter of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement" be sufficient?
