Dear NSW Fair Trading,

I purchased a property in nsw which was currently tenanted, after settlement I kept the same tenants, the property was managed by the same agent for the tenancy and the sale/purchase of the property.
Who is responsible to ensure that the bond landlord details are transferred to reflect the property has been sold and when should this occur? Is this stated any any procedures?

Yours faithfully,

Barry
