The Commonwealth Freedom of Information Act does not have a mechanism to transfer requests from Commonwealth government agencies to state/territory government agencies. As such, could you please confirm that you are willing to withdraw your request with this Department, and pursue the request for information with the relevant state/territory Electoral Commissions.
