Dear VicRoads,
I would like a history of Ghazeepore Road Waurn Ponds, was it a Vicroads road? and if so when was it handed over to the City of Geelong?, I need past Road vehicle counts for Ghazeepore Road that were conducted pre 2016 as far back as were recorded. The information posted on Vicroads website does not have any vehicle data as to the number of vehicles per day, the dates and times that they were conducted, etc.
I have previously been to VicRoads Geelong and spoken on the phone to VicRoads Kew and so far, I have not been provided with anything within the last 3 months. I was assured that the requested information would be supplied but this has not occurred. Is am appalled with the lack of genuine desire to supply information, and it seems making any request, as difficult as possible. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated, as it has been far too long a process.

Dear FOI Officer,
I have finally found your email return address I have a low income health care card, if this is not good enough then I will pay your fees but I do not know where or how to pay said fee, I presume this is only in place to make things difficult and very near impossible to actually get any information. Perhaps Vicroads could reimburse me for the four wasted trips, and the needless wasting of my time instead of making things difficult, as this information was promised but not delivered.
Take into account, that I have travelled to your offices on three occasions at the Geelong branch of VicRoads and at Major Roads, Waurn Ponds office, once. Your officers and engineers promised my requested information would be supplied. I also rang Denmark Street Kew and here we are 5 months later, and still no information, and no further advanced.

Vicroads did not send a specific FOI reply email address, with this request, making a return response nearly impossible. VicRoads appears to be making any request difficult, and complicit in hiding any and all information, with regards to my request.

I am waiting for my renewed HCC, that is to arrive soon. So in order to proceed it seems that that VicRoads is using this to make things difficult, after 6 months after many personal appearances at VicRoads, with numerous requests via phone and in person, I am not any closer to having this request being processed. It seems that VicRoads wants to make any information so difficult to obtain.

I am willing to pay for my FOI request, however I don't know how, you have not supplied me with a BPAY code, you have also not supplied me with any account information to be able to pay by credit card facilities there's no payment information, even your posted email link does not work.
I shouldn't have to pay but I'm more than willing to pay if you tell me where I can pay it or how. Payment is not the issue..... The lack of supplied information is.....
So, is Vic Roads going to make me start all over again, start right from the beginning, or can my request proceed? I reckon Vicroads can waste another couple months on the processing of any payments and advice of how to pay.

Do I really have to start again from scratch, or can there be some progress. To expedite I can, if necessary come down to Demark st. Kew, or other Vicroads office, to pay, since this is a stumbling block for VicRoads.
Just provide me with the address to attend to expediate.
