Currently, all three of your FOI requests do not meet the requirements to
satisfy a valid FOI request. You have requested the Minister's diary
covering all days in September in weekly agenda format for each of the
following:

·         Minister for Industry;

·         Minister for Small Business; and

·         Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research.

The Ministers for the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science are
currently:

·         The Hon Karen Andrews MP, Minister for Industry, Science and
Technology, and

·         Senator the Hon Matt Canavan, Minister for Resources and
Northern Australia.

Could you please confirm that you are requesting the diaries for the two
mentioned Ministers above and that the third request is not required and
will be withdrawn, and for further clarity you require September 2019?

Please confirm at your earliest convenience but no later than Wednesday 9
October 2019. If we do not hear from your by this date, your three FOI
requests will be treated as invalid and no further action will be taken.
