Dear NPWS Area Mailbox - Tweed Byron,

I have submitted a FOI request to you, which by law, you are required to provide the information that I have requested.

I have requested this information from your department because I know you have this information available.

I should not be re-routed to other government departments to seek the information which you have, causing undue delay.

I have asked for certain information that the NPWS has been responsible for, regarding the structure on the Mt Warning summit.

I should not have to make further requests for this information again.

If the information is not provided as required under FOI, I will have no option other than to escalate this matter to be the subject of Ministerial complaint. I should not have to do this.

Thank you for your co-operation in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Mark Simpson

Dear NPWS Wollumbin Mailbox,

It has been some time since I forwarded a GIPA request regarding the summit platform atop Mt Warning (Wollumbin), and the last I heard regarding this request was via a phone call, stating that the information requested was old and could not be located.

An acquaintance of mine had previously received some of the information several years ago that I requested in my GIPA application.

What is the current status of this request and why havent I received the requested information?

Yours sincerely,

Mark Simpson

Dear NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service's handling of my FOI request 'Wollumbin / Mt Warning summit viewing platform'.

My message of 25.3.23 has not been answered.

I was sent a response dealing with the Caldera Draft Management Plan which had nothing to do with my request!

Either the competence of someone dealing with my request is lacking or there is a real attempt not to disclose the information requested.

Please supply the information as requested under this FOI request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/w...

Mark Simpson
