I refer to your request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 
1982. I have taken your request to be for:  
  A copy of a document that includes the words "NAB Wealth Scandal" in its 
title. The words "The Cohen Resolution" and "The Jarrett Deed" appear in the 
body of this document. The Power of Amendment - Regulation 50 is included 
in the Appendices. Received by the ACC between 1-13 March 2015
