Specifically, you advised you were seeking access to the following: 
 
“I request documents relating to all parking related fines in Gullane Drive, Sunbury for the past 
2 years. 
The information I require is 
Types of fines and number of each fine given out during the period.” 
 
Your request is not a valid Freedom of Information request as you have not paid the 
statutory fee of $30.60 or requested a waiver of the fee under hardship provisions. 
 
Regardless, we are happy to provide the requested information outside the provisions of 
the FOI Act. 
 
Council’s Parking Services team have advised the infringements listed in the table below 
were issued in Gullane Drive, Sunbury between 1 September 2020 and 6 June 2023. 
The information was extracted from Council’s PinForce software which was introduced 
on 1 September 2020.
