FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST 
 
I refer to your application of 11 July 2023 in which you sought access from Mansfield Shire Council 
under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Act) to:  
 
Documents in relation to: 
 
“access the name of the companies who tendered for the Reseal Preparations Stage 2.” 
 
 
Mansfield Shire Council emailed you on 28 July to advise for a freedom of information request to be valid 
an application fee of $31.80 needs to be paid under Section 17 (2A) of the Act. 
 
Council has allowed 29 days to elapse waiting for payment to validate your request.  As payment has not 
been received Mansfield Shire Council is notifying you that we are closing your request without 
processing it, you will need to make a new request if you wish to access the information requested.
