Water Consumption Relief – Concealed Leak 
 
I refer to your enquiry on 30 January 2025 in relation to the water relief application for your property 
located at 15 Topaz Street EMERALD. 
 
As  previously stated in  correspondence forwarded to  you  on the  03 February 2025, the  Concealed 
Leaks Policy stipulates  that  the  rebates  are  applied  to  two  bil ing  periods  in  which  the  variance 
occurred, up  to a maximum of two bil ing periods with only one (1) application per property owner for 
the same property in a (3) three year period is permitted. 
 
A review of your upcoming notice indicates that the water usage for this notice requires the 2nd 
rebate adjustment as stated in the Concealed Leaks Policy. 
 
The  water  usage  charge has  been calculated utilising your  previous average  consumption. 
On this  basis, an adjustment of $324.48 has been calculated and applied to your account. 
 
The balance of your account as at today's date is $324.48CR. 
 
Please be advised that this now finalizes your water relief application, with no further application 
permitted within the next (3) three year period as outlined above.
