Decision on your Freedom of Information Request
I refer to your request of 7 August 2023 to the Department of Health and Aged Care
(the department), seeking access under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI
Act) to:
…the tender documents for the Health Data Analytics Select Panel with ATM ID:
Health/01/1617.
On 29 August 2023, you confirmed that you only seek access to the Request for Tender
in respect of the Health Data Analytics Select Panel.
Please note, the Health Data Analytics Panel will expire on 8 December 2023. The
department will then use the Department of Finance’s Whole-of-Australian-
Government (WoA
G) Management Advisory Services Panel (MAS) and People Panel
(PAS). The Department of Finance has established a range of coordinated
procurement arrangements established for commonly used goods or services by the
Commonwealth. Details can be found at:

I am authorised under subsection 23(1) of the FOI Act to make decisions in relation to
Freedom of Information requests. I am writing to notify you of my decision on your

Information Commissioner review or complaint
