Media interviews, FYI: Following interviews on ABC Melb and ABC Brisb radio this morning, I have also done a
Ch 9 pre-record for the nightly news and have SBS and Ch7 ones coming up. Antony Green did a good segment
on ABC Radio Syd this morning and following a chat with Casey Briggs just now I’m told Antony will be on ABC
tonight discussing it (he is firmly enforcing our posi on). James Massola SMH/Age is considering ge ng on a
soapbox to express our side of the story and frustra on re the approach taken to it by some (pending convos
with editors). We’l see...

Looks good to me. Just one very small thing, and I don’t have a solution other than to say: it is that ‘easy’
rather than simple. Just the implication behind using this word (in a noun sense) and potential inference.
Only a small thing and not overly material.
It is that simple: given the simplicity, the AEC expects the vast, vast majority of Australians to follow those
instructions and cast a formal vote
