Request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982
I refer to your Freedom of Information Act (FOI Act) request dated 7 October 2023, received by the
Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) on 9 October 2023 seeking access to
“correspondence between the Authority and Senator Sarah Henderson from 19 May 2019 until
present day”.
I confirm that I am an authorised decision maker within the meaning of section 23 of the FOI Act.
Attached is a schedule of documents which I consider fall within the terms of the request.
Documents marked “Release” are to be released to you in full.
I wil , for the purposes of explaining my decision on access, identify documents by reference to the
numbers I have allocated in the attached schedule.

Documents which are to be released to you
Documents 1, 3 and 4 do not contain information that is subject to an exemption under the FOI Act
and are released to you in full.
Document 2 is publicly available on 2GB’s website and can therefore be released to you outside
the FOI Act.
No other documents were found to fall within the scope of the request.
