I refer to your request for access to documents relating to “
a proposed joint
investigation” under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982. I have taken your request
to be for:
Copies of documents related to a proposed joint investigation with the
UK Serious Fraud Office, specifically copies of any documents that
have been addressed to Mr David Green CB QC, the Director of the
UK Serious Fraud Office and any related document such as documents
sent to Mr. Andrew Bailey, CEO of the UK Prudential Regulation
Authority and associated attachments.
Copies of any additional correspondence between the ACC and the
Serious Fraud Office
For the period from 1 May 2015 to the date of your request.
We received your request on
Tuesday 26 May 2015 and the 30 day statutory period
for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You should
therefore expect a decision from us by
Thursday 25 June 2015. The period of 30
days may be extended if we need to consult third parties or for other reasons. We
will advise you if this happens.
