Thank you for your email.
I have arranged a vehicle to collect Mr and Mrs Howard from s47F(1)
on Sunday 05 November, pick up
at 1015 local time. Transit time to the Station is approx 30mins, meaning an arrival of 1045 for a 1130 train. Eurostar
recommend for Business Premier to arrive between 45 and 60mons before departure.
I will meet them at their hotel, bring them to the Station and plan to wait and board them onto their train.
Eurostar VIP Services at St Pancras will be on site to assist also. They have advised that I can assist Mr and
Mrs Howard to the platform.
I trust this is acceptable but do let me know if you require any changes to the above.

Saturday 28 October – I will facilitate the arrival at Heathrow Airport from the Qantas QF1, landing at 0635
local time. Ground transport (Mercedes E Class / Saloon vehicle) to s47F(1)
has been arranged
Sunday 05 November – I will facilitate the departure also. Ground transport from s47F(1)
has
been arranged, pick up at 1015 local time (drive time approx. 25mins). In addition, we have access for
myself to escort Mr and Mrs Howard to the platform of their train.

My apologies for my late reply – we have been supporting our colleagues in Israel for the evacuation effort.
We can certainly arrange ground transport from s47F(1)
to St Pancras, this will again be likely a
recharge from a third party provider like Mr and Mrs Howard’s last visit.
Could you confirm how many bags Mr and Mrs Howard will likely travel with and we can liaise with Eurostar to see
what sort of assistance can be offered with regards to baggage? Depending on the amount of baggage, my
understanding is there are porters available, but I will need to re-confirm.
Will Mr and Mrs Howard also require transport on 01 November from s47F(1)

I wanted to touch base and let you know that Mr and Mrs Howard are travelling to London late in October for the
ARC conference and then on to Paris s22(1)(a)(ii)
Currently the are due to arrive in London on Saturday, 28 October on QF1 at 6:35am. They are staying at the
s47F(1)
initially. At the conclusion of the
conference on 1 November they will transfer to s47F(1)
They depart London on Sunday, 5 November by Eurostar from London St Pancras International at 11:31am.
Once again any assistance you are able to offer in the way of facilitation and transfer on arrival and departure is

Email is to advise that the Hon Scott Morrison landed at London Heathrow onboard Qantas flight
QF1 at 0554 local time, 26 minutes ahead of schedule.
Whilst London Post was not required to facilitate, Qantas (Heathrow) Premium Services advised that
they met Mr Morrison at the arrival gate and again at baggage reclaim. He collected bags / cleared
arrivals at 0643 local time.
