On 17 September 2023, the NDIS Commission received an FOI request seeking:  
Please could I be provided with a data for the following for the NDIS Commission Quality and Safety Commission 
For the years Jan - Dec 2021, Jan - Dec 2022 and Jan - July 2023 the following is requested. 
For each quarter Jan - March, April - June, July - Sept and Oct - Dec. 
Please provide data on  APS levels 1 - 6, EL1 and EL2 and all SES permanent, acting and non-ongoing (excluding contractors) leaving the Commission. 
Please also provide data on gender distribution of staff leaving by quarter as above.
